What is included in the price of the chauffeur-driven transport service?

Answer: Our rates include the provision of a chauffeur-driven car, fuel, the kilometers and time determined at the time of booking, luggage transport, toll costs, parking fees, as well as civil liability insurance for the occupants.

What payment methods are accepted for settling a service?

Answer: You can pay for your service by cash, bank transfer, credit card, or American Express. A deposit of 50% of the agreed price is required upon booking, and the balance must be paid before the service is performed or in cash on the day of the service.

What is the deposit and payment policy for a transport booking?

Answer: All reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit of the total amount. The balance must be paid before the service is provided. Any additional services or overruns will be charged according to the rates in effect on the date of the service.

What are the cancellation conditions and associated fees?

Answer: For cancellations of vehicles with fewer than 9 seats, fees of 25%, 50%, and 100% apply respectively for cancellations made between 72 and 48 hours, between 48 and 24 hours, and less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. For vehicles with more than 9 seats, the fees range from 20% to 100% depending on the cancellation notice period.

How do I make a reservation and what information is required?

Answer: A reservation must be made in writing, specifying the location, date, names and number of passengers, and the beneficiary’s contact information. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required upon booking.

What is the waiting time included in the service and what are the charges in case of exceeding the waiting time?

Answer: The service includes a 15-minute waiting period, and 60 minutes for airports (45 minutes for private aviation). Beyond this, additional charges may apply according to the current rate, per 15-minute increment, or the service may be considered cancelled.

What are the conditions of use of the service with regard to the number of passengers and behavior on board?

Answer: The number of passengers cannot exceed the number specified in the vehicle’s technical specifications. Exceeding this capacity is prohibited. The customer cannot ask the driver to disregard traffic laws. Strict rules prohibit smoking, eating, drinking, or contacting the driver outside of the scheduled transport.

What happens if the vehicle is delayed due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances?

Answer: The company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. No compensation is provided for delays. We recommend planning your trip according to traffic conditions.

Is it possible to request specific services or special arrangements when booking?

Answer: Yes, it is possible to request specific services when booking. Please specify your particular needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
